USKA SquadUSKA has a strong squad that selects its members from all the USKA Clubs to represent USKA at karate tournaments and events throughout the UK in both team and individual karate kata and kumite respect. They have regular Karate Squad sessions were the Team Manager and Coaches can assess and prepare all the Squad Members for upcomming karate competitions. This is an extended session so tests the fitness and stamina of the Karateka, very important for competitions. It also gives the Squad members a chance to team build with other USKA members and spar against each other, another useful experience for competitions. USKA Karate Squad Training is held on the 1st Sunday of every month at the below times at the Hardman Dojo 12: 15 - 1: 30pm Next squad training session is on 19th February 2012
